Jim Whittaker founded White Acres Corporate Advisory in January 2009, principally to help businesses and management teams realise their strategic ambitions.
 
White Acres advises SMEs on corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, investment exit reviews and business disposals.  Our work often includes assistance with the drafting of business plans and financial modelling.  White Acres also carries out financial investigations of companies on behalf of banks, venture capitalists and corporate buyers.

Jim has over 18 years’ experience in finance from a Big 4 and Investment Banking background, advising public and private companies on management buy-outs, M&A, fundraisings, stock market flotations, disposals and general strategic advice.  He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, is CF qualified and has an MBA, and a Masters degree in Engineering & Management.
